Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all glass bottles are securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
